ultima update: 2.17.12

It's been quite sometime since I've posted any updates from my Ultima Novella project.

In the past couple months, there have been some shifts in the ways I'll be approaching project. Nothing's written in stone as of yet, but some interesting seeds have been planted.

Speaking of changes. The central characters for the first story of the world have gone under some design changes. Here's a (rather old) concept sketch of Lupus. Also peep Marcellus and him near their set wheels. Everything progressing gradually, but in a better direction for sure.
