blacklight
Another day, another drawing. Sort of experimented with a few techniques here and there.
More to come, naturally.

rated R
Another painting I did today for practice. Didn't feel like finishing it, so don't mind the half-assed hand & shirt. Women seem to be the favored subjects for my practice sessions, This is good.
Gotta keep movin...

portrait of a lovely lady
Some thing I started yesterday and finished tonight. A simple portrait of a supposed cute gal. Lately I been needing to draw more women, and so I start with this. It looks a tad rushed since I didn't decide to finish it.
Maybe next time...

winter lane
Still challenging myself, and with that I figured I should seriously get back into background art. I used to always draw backgrounds and buildings just as much as characters, but somewhere along the way,
I seemed to have lost some of that fondness (which made me a little sad ha ha).

On a related side note, it's snowing again for some reason, so a winter speed paint was the result of that I guess.

some weird & cool mugs
Had a little challenge session today from the DevinatArt group D-A-C (design-a-character).
The challenge was to interpret character designs from given shapes. It was a definite challenge indeed, regardless I had fun doing it. Probably will do more eventually.

wolf speed paint + news update!
Been practicing heavy as of late, it's a must really.
I'm feelin more and more like my ambitious old self lately, and it feels damn good.
This dire emphasis on practice and experimentation pans into something even bigger and more ambitious I have working at the moment. The old comic project The Alame' Rentei I was previously apart of is put on hold indefinitely (not sure for how long to be honest).
This new long term graphic novel project will showcase the return of old favorite characters of mine as well as many other concepts long gone in my earlier days.

Just a result of recent practicing in photoshop, that and boredom I guess.
